It is only a 5-minute walk from the center and is centrally located. Located in the heart of Dalyan, this villa has a different architecture and consists of 2 villas in a single plot. Completely restored in 2023, Villa Nehir&Ceren has been completely designed for our valued guests with its new architecture. It is within walking distance to all bars, restaurants and markets. It is completely private for you with two villas opposite each other in a well-maintained garden and a pool in the middle.

Both of our villas have 2 en-suite bathrooms, a total of 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people. Both villas have a sitting and book corner. With a dining table for 6 people where you can have enjoyable meals on both of the large and sun-protected verandas, a 30 m2 pool, and a barbecue area right by the pool, it is almost inevitable to have fun during your holiday in our villa.

Ground floor;
Open plan kitchen; It is designed to meet all your needs. There are small household appliances such as stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven and kettle, toaster, toaster, filter coffee machine. There are enough plates, pots, spoons and forks for the villa capacity.
Toilet; There is 1 sink & toilet on the ground floor.
Living room;
As part of the open plan design, there is a comfortable seating group, coffee table, air conditioning, and LCD TV in the living room.

In its 600 m2 stylish and well-maintained garden, there is a 30 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is that it has 2 large, completely sun-protected verandas. Both verandas have a dining table with a capacity of 6 people. The garden area is safe and private.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest. With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
