Villa Meltem,
Our villa located in Gülpınar, one of the most popular areas of Dalyan, is only a 10-minute walk from the center.
It is a duplex 4-bedroom property with a private en-suite bathroom in each bedroom, a 40 m2 private pool with a depth of 1.55 cm, surrounded by a garden wall, and its construction was completed in 2021.
At the entrance to the garden, there is a pool and a walking path in the large garden, and there is a back entrance. There is a large terrace and seating area on the pool side. It has a very enjoyable use with its barbecue by the pool and large pool terrace.
Ground floor,
In addition to cleaning equipment such as a washing machine and ironing board, it has a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen equipment such as an oven / stove / aspirator / refrigerator freezer and dishwasher that you will need during your holiday, as well as tea and coffee machines, pots, pans, and serving utensils. Again, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. The washing machine is available for common use under the stairs.
Upper floor,
There is an extra separate kitchen in the corridor and a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed and packaged in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are ready for use again before the new guest. With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
In its well-maintained garden, there is a private swimming pool for the villa, a sufficient number of sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
