The new ultra-luxury villa Lilyum, built in 2022, is a 4-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms in the MARAŞ district of Dalyan, just a 10-minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River and Bar Street. As you walk towards the center, you will find many shops and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 15-20 minutes away from the villa.

All necessary kitchen appliances are modern and of high quality, some kitchen equipment includes: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, different types and sizes of plates and glasses, cutlery and many more items that you will need, and a stylish kitchen specially prepared for you.

In the stylish and well-maintained garden of 514 m2, there is a 55 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. Here, there are comfortable and modern seating groups with armchairs and a dining table for 8 people. The garden area is safe and private.
The swimming pool is 55 square meters and its depth is 1.50 m. There are cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas for guests to use. There is a children’s pool for children, and a pleasant and unforgettable holiday awaits you.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.
With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
