The new luxury villa Kardelen, built in 2023, is located in the Dalyan district, just a 10-15 minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River and Bar Street. Our villa, which has 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, can accommodate 10 people.
Villa Kardelen is an ideal option for families or groups of friends: spacious rooms - all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms, and there is WI-FI on both floors of our villa. In its 600 m2 stylish and well-maintained garden, there is a 40 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. Here, there is a comfortable and modern seating group. The garden area is safe and private.
The swimming pool is 40 square meters and its depth is 1.50 m. There are sufficient number of cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas for the use of guests. There is a children’s pool for children and a pleasant and unforgettable holiday awaits you.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use before the new guest. With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
