Our rental villa in Dalyan has 4 rooms and 1 living room. There are bathrooms and toilets in 2 bedrooms. There are also 2 more bathrooms and toilets in the common area.
There are double beds in two rooms and two single beds in the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning.
It is located a short distance from Dalyan market, quiet and surrounded by nature.
There is a beautiful swimming pool in the garden of the villa, which is 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. The depth of the pool is 150 cm. The maintenance of the pool is done by the staff on duty and the maintenance costs will be the responsibility of the tenant.
The construction year of our villa is 2023 and all the furniture in it is zero.
A 3-month rental fee is requested in advance and a rental fee + a deposit will be taken.
A discount will be provided in case of 12-month advance payment.
