Villa Ebru,
Located in the Maraş area, just 5 minutes from Dalyan town centre. The villa has a modern private swimming pool and garden. All rooms are fully air conditioned and have en suite bathrooms. All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
Lower floor
A fully equipped modern kitchen with built-in appliances, gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Smaller appliances include kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, tea pot and sandwich toaster. Plates and cutlery are available depending on the capacity of the villa. Doors open from the kitchen to the terrace.
Lounge/dining area
A lounge area with an open plan design, a dining table for 8 people and comfortable armchairs. Flat screen TV with Turkish and English channels (limited English). There is also a fireplace for burning wood, which can be purchased around Dalyan in the cooler months.
Lower floor W/C - toilet and hand wash basin.
Upstairs
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have rbrvryn bathrooms
Bedroom 1 Double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and sink.

Pool/Garden/Terrace
There is a private swimming pool in the garden at the front of the villa. There is a small children’s pool where you can watch the little ones from the shaded terrace, which has stairs to the pool.
The shaded terrace also has a chrome fence to ensure the safety of the pool. A barbecue has also been built on the terrace to make it easier to prepare these meals for your outdoor dining events.
It is also possible to place the sun loungers in the garden on the grass, which provides extra space for you to relax while sunbathing. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas to meet the capacity of the villa.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use before the new guest.
With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
