Apart from the dense structures of Dalyan, in a quiet location and in green agricultural land, this special luxury rental villa has been planned according to the standard.
Its most important feature is that it is single-storey, which provides ease of use for guests.
2 separate luxury villas with 250 m2 single-storey and high ceilings are side by side on a 2000 m2 plot, but each villa has a separate position with a 1000 m2 independent garden and pool. The high wall between the two gardens prevents guests from seeing or hearing each other.
Both villas have specially designed layouts, their large terraces face the east and benefit directly from the sun from morning to 15:00 in the afternoon. There is a separate garage for both villas, after parking the guest’s car, they enter the interior through a steel door 6 m later, completely forgetting about road and noise pollution. When the grass area is finished, there is a 3000 m2 fruit field belonging to the villa on the east side and an organic vegetable garden inside, it is thought to be a treat for the guests. When you wake up in the morning, after walking among the trees in the fruit field, you can pick tomatoes, peppers, etc. from your garden and prepare them for your breakfast. If you want, you can take eggs from the chicken coop in the fruit field and use them.
Each bedroom in the villa has a private bathroom and since the entire flat area does not have a threshold, it can accommodate disabled guests. All white goods and electrical appliances used in the kitchen are top models, all air conditioners are DAİKİN brand, noise pollution is prevented, all textile products are of the best quality, high insulation material is preferred in all rooms. It includes a large private pool of 60 square meters, 1.55 deep and a children’s pool. There are sun loungers and umbrellas depending on the villa’s capacity. There is a stone barbecue between the villa and the pool.
There is a separate toilet at the entrance and all 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, nightstand and a wardrobe.
Open-plan kitchen; It has a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen equipment such as oven, stove, extractor fan, fridge freezer and dishwasher, tea and coffee machine, pots, pans, serving utensils that you will need during your holiday.
Living room; There is a sufficient number of seating areas for 8 guests, TV, air conditioning. There is an exit from the living room to a shaded terrace overlooking the pool with a table and chairs for 8 people. The villa is located in the Metinler neighborhood of Dalyan, approximately 15 minutes from the city center and 5/7 minutes from the market set up on Saturdays.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.
With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
