It is located in a quiet location, 10 minutes walking distance from the center.
You can visit Iztuzu Beach, which is about 10 minutes away from the villa, by car / local bus (dolmus) or river boat taxi.
Lower floor;
It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a stove / electric oven / refrigerator freezer / washing machine and microwave for cooking, there are small household appliances such as a kettle / toaster / teapot (tea) / coffee machine / Turkish coffee machine / sandwich toaster. There is cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans according to the capacity of the villa.
Living room;
There are comfortable sofas and a TV in the living room, which you can pass through the open kitchen.
1st bedroom: This bedroom on the ground floor has 2 single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe.
Bathroom; There is a WC-shower on the ground floor.
Upper floor;
2nd bedroom; The bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, nightstand.
3rd bedroom; The bedroom on the upper floor has 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe.
Bathroom; The bathroom that our guests staying on the upper floor will use together is furnished in a modern style.
All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
There is a 40m2 swimming pool behind the villa. There are enough sun loungers and parasols.
You can also enjoy long hours of dining in the garden with the barbecue in the garden.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use before the new guest.
With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
